Our service team is made up of dedicated service technicians and customer service representatives (CSR's) who take pride in providing timely and professional service to all of our customers. Our CSR's dispatch our technicians via our server that automatically transfers service calls to our technician's in vehicle iPads for efficiency and accuracy. Our service department performs repairs and routine maintenance for all our service offerings:

  • Service vehicles stocked with inventory materials to minimize cost of return service calls
  • 5/8/NBD five days per week, within 8 normal business hours or the next business day

  • We provide 24/7 on call emergency service to our PMC and subscribing 24/7 service customers. We provide immediate emergency service and repair as well as securing customer equipment and property when requested. All emergency services are provided at premium, after hours rates. Billable time for emergency service is "portal to portal" and is only a phone call away!
